Etraining 001- Group Leader Login and Management

Getting Started
You can enrol in multiple sessions and start studying at anytime you like. Enrolment is easy. Click on the BUY Now link located on any of our course information pages and follow the simple steps. You can add a training session and then select ADD ANOTHER TRAINING before paying for the courses. Then proceed to checkout. Complete your details and select PLACE ORDER. View your order and then select your enrolled courses.

How long does it take to Conduct the Training
This will depend on the training program you select and if you are completing multiple sessions. A typical session should take 20-30 minutes or a combined session up to an hour.
How often do I need to complete the Training
Depending on your state Legislation requirements for renewal of Training will vary.
Under the Building Fire Safety Regulations 2008 in Queensland you are required to complete training as follows:
First Response: Every 2 years
Evacuation Coordination: Yearly
Warden Training: Yearly
Is the Training Accredited?
Fire Safety Training can be delivered by a responsible person. If your building is identified as a high occupancy building for giving first response evacuation instructions, instruction must be provided by a Fire Safety Adviser or by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The online training provided is prepared and signed off by an experienced Fire Safety Adviser. If you require RTO delivery for our courses please speak to our consultant as we regularly provide these services but in a face to face delivery.
How do I get a Certificate
When you complete your course, you will receive a certificate for your records advising that you have successfully completed your course. This will be emailed to your address that you used to set up your online account. At the end of the Quiz you take you will also have the opportunity to print or save the certificate as well.
Didn't receive your Certificate: Make sure you check spam or Junk Email before deleting or emptying. If you are using Outlook and have the Focused and Other option, check under your Other mailbox.
Lost Certificate: If you have lost your Certificate please check your emails. You can continue to login to your AFP E-Train account up to the next frequency of training to receive a copy of your certificate. This allows you to remain current with your training requirements.
Payment Options
AFP E-Train offer a range of payment options. You can pay using your paypal account. If you don't have a paypal account its easy to set one up. Select the What is PayPal link and it will take you to their webpage.
If you are wanting to pay by credit card or invoice please select Cash on delivery. By choosing this method you will not be able to commence your course until payment has been received. A member of the AFP E-Train team will contact you to direct you to the next steps.
Online payment security:
PayPal ensures online security. When you check out with PayPal, they pay the seller so your financial details stay encrypted and protected.
What are the minimum system requirements to conduct the Training Online?
This Learning Management Systems works in any browser that supports HTML 5. Examples of these are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and many others.
Setting up your online account
After choosing the AFP E-Train product you can add another training session by selecting ADD ANOTHER TRAINING before proceeding to checkout. You will be prompted to set up a new account after selecting Proceed to checkout. You will be asked to complete Billing Details, enter your email address and create your password. Select your payment option and Place order.
Returning Customer: If you have shopped with us before, please enter your details in the username or email and password. If you have lost your password you can select the link to Lost your password and you will be prompted on the steps to reset the password.
How to Change my Password: You can log in to your AFP E-Train account and select My Account in the tab section. Choose My account and record your new password. Don't forget to Save Changes.
Email Address Changes: You can log in to your AFP E-Train and select My Account in the tab section. Choose My account and record your new email address and Save Changes.
Can I complete some sections and return later?
Yes! AFP E-Train online Training allows you to complete your training in either one session or if you are interrupted and need to return to the training it will start from where you were up to. When you log in to the AFP E-Train select the course you have enrolled in. You will then notice the Introduction page of the product and under Lessons you can select the next lesson that does not have a green tick beside it. If you want to refresh what you have learnt just select the session name you would like to read again before proceeding.

How do I get Practical Live Fire Experience
