Group Courses
Group Courses offer additional benefits where licenses can be purchased at a discounted rate based on volume. The Group License Package (GLP) also gives you access to Group Management Tools allowing you to manage users, enrollments and quizzes. With a GLP, there are a number of way your users can access their courses.
- Using our “Redemption Code” system - you will be provided with just one unique redemptive code for the number of licenses purchased.
- or Using our “Redemption Code” system - you will be able to prepay a specified number of courses where you will be given a group of unique 'Redemption codes' for staff to access the courses.
- or Using a group address - you will be provided with your group web address enabling users to login directly and be automatically enrolled.
With a GLP, group leaders can be nominated, Group leaders will have access to the Group Management Tool enabling them access to the following administration features.
- Managing license keys and users - Users can be uploaded in bulk to your group account using the 'Upload CSV file' feature,
- Managing group leaders - add/remove group leaders
- Progress report on enrolled users - Users status and their course progress
- Quiz reporting - report on users quiz results or exporting quiz results to a CSV file

To Purchase your Group License package, simply click the “Buy Now” button. This will take you to the Group Course Purchase page, where you can select the course and enter the number of license (seats) required. Discounts are automatically applied based on the license volume acquired. Once you click the 'Proceed To Checkout' button, you will be required to register your contact details and you payment choice. Payment can be processed by Invoice or by Credit Card using Paypal. For license volume purchases of 2000 or more seats, please call us on 1300-80-FIRE for a quote.
After the purchase has been processed and confirmed, a team member will contact you with details of your group login URL and redemption codes. Should you require any assistance please call on 1300-80-FIRE during normal business hours.
If you require any customisation done to your Group Training packages pleases provide us with details so we can quote you. Training Package customisation enables us to include site specific requirement unique to your business. License volume purchases of 2000 seats or more also includes up to $1000 worth of customisation.
